Hi, my name is Carly.
I am a Nutritional Therapist, dog mom, dark chocolate loyalist, and lover all things outdoors. If I’m not in office with clients or out saving the world with vegetables, I’m usually lost on a trail or in a book.
I also happen to be the founder of Feed Your Focus Nutritional Therapy where we navigate food and life for a happier, healthier you!
Each morning I'm fueled by guiding others to find their unique potential, through joy and positivity in a heavy world. People at their best, can impact their neighbors — and this all begins with what they eat. After all, when we feel good, we can do good.
About 5 years ago, in my corporate job, after decades of chronic sugar addiction and hospitalizing allergies, plus weekly migraines, prolonged athletic recovery, and poor stress management, I quickly saw that I was not alone in these symptoms.
It became abundantly clear that food, education and serving others wasn’t just a passion, but it was part of my purpose. I went on to create a compassionate business model to help others like me, break those cycles and find freedom in wellness. Because the truth is, as long as we are living human beings, relying on food for survival, this subject is relevant to everyone.
So many who come to me are suffering unnecessarily searching for answers to regain their quality of life! We accomplish this through evidence-based testing and examining our health through the lens of curiosity and responsibility, as opposed to dogma and guilt.
By putting the fun into functional foods, we take complex questions and make them easy-to-digest. From here we co-create realistic action items. We do this to overcome discomfort, medicinal dependence, and find practical ways to relate to our food and body from a whole-person perspective. This translates to busy professionals reclaiming control over the blood sugar roller coaster ride and digestive upset, by understanding the profound response stress has on our mood swings and food choices.
Together we adventure toward a future of empowered eating, positive mindset, and creating the most healthy community, one belly at a time.
With Gratitude & Gumption,
Carly Snider, FNTP
